Flight Simulator Party in Kanto region, Japan

Circumstances

• Date: August 10th (Saturday), 1996 9:00 - 16:30
• Place: Muse, 4th floor, 2nd conference room.
• How to get to:
  • By Train: It takes 7 minitus on foot from Kouku-koen station of Seibu-Shinjuku line.
  • By car: It takes 20 minuts from Tokorozasa IC of Kan'etsu car road.
    (There is a car parking.)
• Attendant fee: 500 yen/person (w/o meal)

3 multi screen

The 3 multi screen is one of a leader of this party. Great...

I can't afford such system because of a matter of money, and a space of my room.

Short course

Short course part 1, piloting of a light plane by Yuta.

Short course part 2, piloting of a heavy plane and a creation of adventure. (Sorry there are no photos) by Islander.

He had been piloting a real plane over 10,000 hours, so his talk was very interesting. He said that the landing in the simulator was more difficult than that of a real plane. This is impressive for me.

Short course part 3, a creation of aircraft in FSFS by Yuta. It looks easy to create a aircraft for me, but I think to get the real data of aircract is hard work...

Short course part 4, a creation of scenery by me. I think this is sober course, but over 10 peoples heard this.

Impression

This was my first attendance of offline meeting, so I got a bit tense. But all attendants are kind, so I could enjoy all day.
