Bglview

Bglview is a graphical Windows program that allows you to look at navaids, airports, and runways of your scenery files, overlaid on a map. You can also list these objects in a table and save them in a text file. In addition, the program contains a flight planner and a bgl-file inspector, to reveal the contents of scenery files.

The program comes with quite a few maps, to provide an attractive background on which to place the navaids.
