Genback - De-compile a file for BGLGEN

This little utility was released in 1994 and designed to de-compile files created by the BGLGEN compiler. It may actually de-compile files created in other compilers, however, it will be in BGLGEN format and it won't de-compile sections that aren't supported by BGLGEN. And since there have been no updates of Genback since 1994, it can be assumed that this de-compiler will only decompile the scenery features supported by the earlier releases of BGLGEN.
