Hello, everyone.
Thank you for using my aircraft.
Well, recently, I have faced some copyright
problems
of repainted air crafts which is originated from mine.
(I know some of them are due to misunderstandings)
That's why I would like to express my policy about
repainting to avoid troubles and unfairness.
To repainters,
A. Basically you have to contact with me by
mail to get permission
to repaint my aircraft, and, such repainting is limited only
which is originated from my FREE aircraft.
B. You have to have written permission to
repaint my air crafts.
In other words, NO reply means NO permission.
C. You have to make ALL the textures including
engines, gears and
doors;you CAN NOT use my original textures except window frames
and door frames for referential use.
D. You CAN NOT use my textures to repaint other authors aircraft
even partially.
E. Basically you CAN NOT repaint my air crafts
which source files
(AFX) are NOT opened.
If your repainted air crafts do not meet with
condition C, D and/or E,
I would like you to delete the repainted aircraft from net, then
modify
your aircraft so as to meet with condition C, D and/or E.
(If you uploaded the repainted aircraft to public web site such
as
flightsim.com, please ask the web master to delete it)
