FUEL SYSTEM DESCRIPTION
燃料システムについて
Fuel on the 767 is carried in three tanks.
767 の燃料は 3 つのタンクに入れられます
There are two wing tanks of equal capacity
and a large center tank.
2 つの同じ容量のウィングタンクとひとつの大きなセンタータンクがあります
Each tank has two pumps for delivery of fuel
under pressure to the engines.
それぞれのタンクには 2 つのポンプがあり、エンジンに少ない圧力で燃料が運ばれます
A crossfeed valve ensures that fuel can be
fed from any of the three tanks to both engines.
クロスフィードバルブは確実に燃料を 3 つのタンクから両方のエンジンに供給することができます
One tank and its corresponding fuel pumps
can deliver fuel to both engines simultaneously.
ひとつのタンクと相当する燃料ポンプは両方のエンジンに同時に燃料を運ぶことができます
There are no provisions for transfer of fuel
between tanks in flight.
飛行中タンクの間で燃料の移動を行う必要はありません
Fuel for the APU is supplied from the left
wing tank.
APU のための燃料は左のウィングタンクから供給されます
WING TANKS
ウィングタンク
Each wing contains a tank capable of carrying
40,700 lbs. of fuel for a total of 81,400
lbs.
それぞれのウィングには 40,700 lbs の容量のタンクがあり、両方とうたるで
81,400 lbs の燃料です
Each tank contains two output pumps (FWD
and AFT) for delivery of fuel to the engines.
それぞれのタンクは 2 つのポンプ ( FWD と
AFT ) があり、燃料をエンジンへ運びます
Fuel from the wing tanks can gravity feed
to the engines at most altitudes.
ウィングタンクからの燃料は重力により簡単に運ぶことができます
However, if the pumps are off you may experience
a flameout or reduced engine power at higher
altitudes.
しかしながら、もしポンプが OFF になったら、高高度での燃焼停止またはエンジンパワー減少を経験するでしょう
The fuel pumps in the wing tanks are powered
from the Main AC Buses.
ウィングタンクの燃料ポンプはメイン AC バスから電力を供給されています
The Left Main AC Bus powers the Left AFT
and Right FWD fuel pumps.
左のメイン AC バスは左の AFT と右の FWD 燃料ポンプに電力を供給しています
The Right Main AC Bus powers the Left FWD
and Right AFT fuel pumps.
右のメイン AC バスは左の FWD と右の AFT 燃料ポンプに電力を供給しています
Fuel is provided to the APU from the Left
wing tank.
APU への燃料は左のウィングタンクから供給されます
The Left FWD fuel pump is used for this purpose
and operates automatically regardless of
switch position when AC power is available
and the APU is running.
左の FWD 燃料ポンプは AC 電力が使えるかどうか、APU が運転されているかどうかに関係無く、この目的のため自動的操作で使用されます
If either wing tank fuel quantity drops below
2,200 lbs. the FUEL CONFIG light illuminates
along with an EICAS caution of LOW FUEL.
もしどちらかのウィングタンクの燃料が 2,200
lbs を下回った場合、FUEL CONFIG ライトが点灯し、EICAS
に LOW FUEL 警告が出されます
The lateral balance of the fuel must be maintained
within 1500 ‐ 2500 lbs. difference between
the two tanks.
燃料の水平バランスはそれぞれ違う 2 つのタンクの間で
1500 - 2500 lbs 以下を維持する必要があります
If fuel balance goes outside of these limits
the FUEL CONFIG light illuminates along with
an EICAS advisory.
もし燃料のバランスがこれらの制限を外れると
FUEL CONFIG ライトが点灯し、EICAS にその旨表示されます
CENTER TANK
センタータンク
There is one large center tank capable of
holding 80,400 lbs. of fuel.
ひとつの大きな 80,400 lbs の燃料を入れることができるセンタータンクがあります
There are two boost pumps in this tank (Left
and Right) for delivery of fuel to the engines.
このタンクには 2 つ ( 左と右 ) のエンジンに燃料を運ぶためのブーストポンプがあります
Fuel cannot be gravity fed from the center
tank making it absolutely dependent on the
fuel pumps for accessing fuel.
燃料はセンタータンクからの重力を使うことができません、そのため燃料を供給するために必ずポンプが必要となります
The center tank fuel pumps are powered from
the Main AC buses.
センタータンクの燃料ポンプはメイン AC バスから電力を供給されています
The Left Main AC Bus powers the Left pump.
左のメイン AC バスから左のポンプに電力供給されています
The Right Main AC Bus powers the Right pump.
右のメイン AC バスから右のポンプに電力供給されています
The fuel pumps in the center tank provide
twice the output pressure of the wing tank
pumps.
センタータンク内の燃料ポンプはウィングタンクポンプの
2 倍の吐出圧で供給します
Therefore, when the center pumps are ON the
engines are provided fuel from the center
tank only.
その結果、センターポンプが ON の時はエンジンはセンタータンクからのみ供給されます
Even though the wing pumps are operating,
the center pumps overpower them.
ウィングポンプが動作していてもセンターポンプはそれらを圧倒します
The center tank pumps have inhibits on them
when their respective engine is shut down
or N2 is below 50%.
センタータンクポンプはそれぞれのエンジンがシャットダウンするか、N2
が 50% を下回った時、それらに抑制されます
This inhibit is removed when N2 for the respective
engine is above 50%.
この抑制はそれぞれのエンジンが N2 50% 以上になったときはずされます
So if you turn on the center tank pumps at
the gate with the engines shut down, the
PRESS lights illuminate for each pump.
もしセンタータンクポンプが ON ならば、ゲートにてエンジンシャットダウンしても、それぞれのポンプの
PRESS ライトが点灯します
As each engine is started, the respective
pump PRESS light goes out as the inhibit
is removed.
それぞれのエンジンがスタートしたら、それぞれのポンプの
PRESS ライトが点灯し、抑制は解除されます
If the center tank fuel quantity is above
1200 lbs., the FUEL CONFIG light illuminates
if the center tank pumps are not selected
ON.
もしセンタータンクの燃料の量が 1200 lbs を切ったら、センタータンクポンプが
ON になっていなければ FUEL CONFIG ライトが点灯します
