Flight Director Switch:
フライトディレクタースイッチ

- OFF: AFDS flight director bars will not display on the EADI.
AFDS フライトディレクターバーが EADI 上から表示が消えます

- ON: It turns on the flight director.
フライトディレクターが ON になります

When on the ground it engages the AFDS in the “Takeoff” mode.
地上の場合、AFDS は "Takeoff" モードにエンゲージされます
“TO” is displayed for the lateral and vertical modes.
"TO" は水平と垂直モードの時に表示されます

TO Vertical Mode

-	On the ground it commandsan 8° pitch up. 地上にて 8 度のピッチアップに設定されます
-	In flight it commands V2 + 15 knots. フライト中は V2 + 15 ノットになります

TO Lateral mode

-	On the ground it commands wings level. 地上ではウィングレベルになります
-	In flight it commands a bank to maintain ground track. フライト中は地上進路の維持のためにバンクが命令されます

-	The FD switch is normally turned on prior to gate departure. FD スイッチは通常ゲートを出発する前に ON にします
-	If the autopilot is engaged while the flight director is in the TO mode, the AFDS automatically switches to Vertical Speed and Heading Hold modes. もしオートパイロットがフライトディレクターの間エンゲージされていたら、TO モードになります。AFDS は自動的に昇降速度とヘディングホールドモードに切り替えられます
-	If the autopilot is engaged with the flight director switch OFF, the AFDS automatically selects the Vertical Speed and Heading Hold modes. もしオートパイロットがフライトディレクターの OFF のときにエンゲージされたら AFDS は自動的に昇降速度とヘディングホールドモードに切り替えられます
